Email Confirmation Process

Upon checking out with full payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Most all of orders are shipped within 3 -5 business days or less.  Once your order has left our facility, you should add "shipping times" of 3-8 business days depending on your location in the USA.  For shipments outside the USA, expect your delivery anywhere from 10-20 business days after your order has left our facility.

You will receive a 2nd confirmation email from us once your carrier has picked up your product and left us your tracking information.

If you have not received your order within 7 to14 business days, please contact below and we'll check on where your order is in the hand made custom production and shipping pipeline.
